In this full-time role, you will provide direct support to children diagnosed with autism, helping them build skills and achieve greater independence using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).   • Remarkable ways you will be making a difference: Demonstrates confidence when making decisions in the moment regarding Skills Based Treatment Completes and updates mandatory training and other licensure related items in a timely manner Attends mandatory staff meeting and other meetings as assigned Attends meetings, conferences, and workshops as recommended by the Intensive Autism leadership team Provides direct services to children Participates in Behavior Skills Training (BST), as needed or appropriate Assists during Practical Functional Assessments, as needed or appropriate Operates Damar vehicles and/or personal vehicles to transport clients or perform other work-related duties Completes incident reports, including reporting any suspected exploitation, abuse, or neglect of a client Serves as a member of Damar Services’ interdisciplinary team Prioritizes duties in a manner consistent with organizational objectives and growth Shows initiative by identifying solutions to work towards improving stakeholder satisfaction Acts as a good steward of

Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with children with neurodivergence is preferred but not required Ability to pass and maintain Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification Ability to pass and maintain CPR Certification Minimum age of 18 per licensure requirements Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving) Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal convictions Successfully complete a pre-employment physical Favorably meet and maintain
