Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities / Position Requirements

• Education and
• Experience:
• High School diploma or GED.
• Specialized certification – for revenue producing programs.
• Two or more years of experience participating in, or teaching or comparable experience preferred.
• Certificates and
• Licenses:
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Other skills and abilities:
• Bilingual, English and Spanish, a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.

Work Environment

Physical Demands Ability to lift / move set up and store equipment weighing up to fifty pounds. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Occasionally requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours.
