Infant Teacher – Early Learning Classroom

The Learning Experience – Gainesville is seeking a caring and dependable Infant Teacher to support children during their earliest stages of development. This role focuses on creating a nurturing environment where infants build secure relationships, explore sensory experiences, and begin early communication development through responsive caregiving and consistent routines.

This position is ideal for educators who enjoy building strong relationships with families while supporting young learners in a structured early childhood setting.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily classroom routines for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and nap supervision Implement age-appropriate sensory learning activities Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Observe and support developmental milestones Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and daily progress Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership Follow Virginia childcare licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications
