Requirements

1+ year of childcare experience (nannying, babysitting, daycare, camps, church nursery, etc.) Experience outside your own family 2–3 childcare references CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain through us Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation Must be 18+ Availability for two consistent weekdays Comfortable with variable weekly hours (5–20 typical) Who Thrives in This Role Caregivers with experience outside their own family Reliable, communicative sitters who show up on time People confident caring for children independently Anyone wanting consistent weekday hours with flexibility
