• Compensation: $17.50/hr w/ Eligibility for raises in the future Our family is searching for a nurturing and reliable nanny to support our sweet 1-year-old boy in the Boerne area! Our ideal candidate will be experienced with toddlers, patient, and creative, bringing playful and age-appropriate engagement each day. My husband and I both work from home and are excited to welcome a caregiver who can help with light household support while prioritizing our little one’s care. We do share our home with three friendly dogs who do not need care. We're hoping to find a nanny who can not only provide consistent care but also help brainstorm fun activities, age-appropriate learning opportunities, and even food ideas as their son grows.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and nurturing care for a 1-year-old toddler Engage toddler in age-appropriate play and developmental activities Assist with light food preparation and feeding Clean dishes after meals, sanitize toys, and clean highchair during nap times Maintain safe, consistent routines Support parents as needed while they work from home

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required prior to hire At least one year of childcare experience, including hands-on infant care (paid experience preferred) CPR/First Aid (Trained or Certified) Familiarity with toddler development milestones and creative/playful engagement Ability to pass a background check (provided and required) Two childcare references (ready upon request) Why Work for Us?
