- They are seeking someone with 5+ years of dedicated infant experience who is confident in their abilities but also open and adaptable to the family's preferences.
- Grandma cares for the baby two days per week, including every Tuesday, so there is flexibility in the nanny’s weekly schedule.
- The Ideal Candidate Will Be: Experienced: At least 5 years of hands-on infant care; knowledgeable in newborn milestones and growth development.
- Developmentally Focused: Engages in age-appropriate play such as tummy time, music exposure, outdoor sensory play, and walks.
- Gentle and Respectful: Attuned to baby’s cues and needs, supporting feeding on demand (combo of breastfeeding and bottle feeding based on mom’s work schedule).
