Cornerstone Christian Schools is looking for a Secondary Math Teacher who is called to invest in students—developing analytical thinkers, effective problem-solvers, and young leaders grounded in faith and truth.

• What You'll Do
• Teach secondary mathematics courses using engaging, student-centered instructional strategies
• Make mathematical concepts relevant through real-world applications, problem-solving activities, and collaborative learning
• Integrate biblical principles into instruction, helping students connect faith and learning
• Develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and the mission of the school
• Encourage critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and perseverance in problem solving
• Maintain a structured classroom that supports focus, respect, and engagement
• Assess student progress through assignments, projects, quizzes, tests, and evaluations
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and needs
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with colleagues to support a unified, Christ-centered school culture

• What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field
• Texas State Teacher Certification
• ACSI Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong content knowledge in mathematics
• Ability to make complex concepts understandable, engaging, and applicable
• Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
• A passion for investing in students academically and spiritually
• Flexibility and creativity in teaching methods
