The Extended Care Attendant will supervise children in our before and after-school program, ensuring they have a positive and enriching experience while under our care. The Extended Care Attendant is responsible for providing a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children during the before and after-school program. This role involves supervising children, facilitating activities, ensuring safety, and supporting the smooth operations of the extended care program. The Extended Care Attendant works closely with staff, parents, and students to ensure a positive experience for all involved.

While performing the duties of this job, employees will frequently be required to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, talk and hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, and more than 40 pounds infrequently with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
