Cornerstone Christian Schools is seeking a High School Assistant Tennis Coach to support our year-round tennis program. Working alongside the Head Tennis Coach, you will help develop student-athletes both on and off the court while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, character, and competitive excellence.
What you will do
Work closely with the Head Tennis Coach to support the overall success of the high school tennis program.
Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting practices throughout the year.
Coach and mentor student-athletes during practices, matches, and tournaments.
Provide instruction and support during varsity and junior varsity competitions.
Travel with and supervise student-athletes during away matches and tournaments.
Help create and maintain a positive team culture that reflects the mission and values of Cornerstone Christian Schools.
Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, and coaching staff.

Ability to serve as a positive Christian role model for student-athletes.
Knowledge of the sport of tennis and the ability to teach and develop players at the high school level.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Previous coaching or competitive playing experience preferred.
Availability to coach evenings, weekends, and other times required by practices, matches, tournaments, and team activities.
Availability to commit to a year-round coaching role.
