We are currently hiring motivated, caring, and energetic Spanish Speaking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. No RBT certification yet? No problem — we provide RBT training and reimbursement for certification costs!

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services to children with autism and developmental needs Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development Collect session data and collaborate with the clinical team Build positive and supportive relationships with families and clients
