Job description

  • Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time ABA therapy opportunity in Virginia Beach, VA. This position offers a combination of clinic-based and in-home services, providing variety in your schedule while allowing you to build meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients and families. We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and energetic RBT who is passionate about helping children with autism develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through high-quality ABA therapy.   • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
  • Collect and record session data accurately
  • Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
  • Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation Schedule Requirements:
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 1:15 PM – 6:00 PM (Clinic-Based)
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (In-Home – Virginia Beach, VA 23452) Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required. Schedules are generally aligned with client and operational needs; however, occasional schedule adjustments may be required based on operational or client needs.
