  • Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a consistent after-school in-home ABA therapy opportunity in Norfolk, VA 23508.   • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services in the client’s home
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record session data accurately
  • Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
  • Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation Schedule Requirements:
  • Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required. Schedules are generally aligned with client and operational needs; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Prior ABA or child-related experience required
  • Must be comfortable providing services in-home
  • Reliable transportation required
