Job description

  • Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a consistent ABA therapy opportunity in Virginia Beach, VA 23462. This role offers a combination of both in-home and clinic-based services, providing variety in your work environment while maintaining a stable and consistent weekly schedule.   • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
  • Collect and record session data accurately
  • Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
  • Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation Schedule Requirements:
  • Monday – Wednesday: In-Home Services
  • Friday: Clinic-Based Services Consistent availability during the assigned schedule is required. Schedules are generally aligned with client and operational needs; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Prior ABA or child-related experience required
  • Must be comfortable working in both home and clinic settings
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Strong communication and professionalism required
  • Must be dependable, patient, and team-oriented
