Job description
- Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time ABA therapy opportunity in Virginia Beach, VA. This role includes both clinic-based and in-home services and is ideal for an RBT who is compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping children with autism build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through high-quality ABA therapy. - Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
- Collect and record session data accurately
- Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
- Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation Schedule Requirements: Candidates must have availability for the following schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 1:15 PM – 6:00 PM (Clinic-Based Services)
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (In-Home Services – Virginia Beach, VA 23452) Services are currently scheduled during these times; however, schedules are subject to change based on client needs, staffing needs, authorizations, cancellations, and operational considerations. Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Prior ABA experience required
