Requires a valid NYS Driver's License for at least 18 months with a clean driving history. Candidates should be compassionate, patient, and possess strong communication skills.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and succesfulk completion of Brightway Living & Learning's Transportation Orientation. New Hires that do not meet this criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.
