The role involves evaluating and providing speech and language therapy to adults with developmental disabilities according to OPWDD guidelines. Responsibilities include maintaining professional documentation, collaborating with families and staff, and overseeing communication programs in day and residential settings.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology and possess NYSED licensure. ASHA or TSHH certifications and experience working with adults with developmental disabilities are preferred.
