The Group Leader is responsible for delivering direct therapeutic support to children and adolescents through evidence-based interventions, group therapy facilitation, and crisis management strategies. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining a therapeutic environment, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure the highest quality of care.
