Our mission is to support children (birth to 3 years old) with developmental delays by providing high-quality physical therapy services in home and community-based settings. We are currently seeking Physical Therapists who are passionate about pediatric development and family-centered care. Position Overview As a Physical Therapist in the Early Intervention program, you will deliver therapeutic services to infants and toddlers with gross motor delays or physical challenges. You’ll work in natural environments to help children improve strength, mobility, balance, and coordination, while coaching families to support continued growth.

- Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy to children ages 0–3
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IFSP goals
- Educate families on home activities to promote developmental progress
- Document services and maintain timely records in compliance with NYC EI standards
- Participate in IFSP meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Utilize clinical judgment to adjust interventions based on child response and progress

Qualifications
- Current NYS license and registration as a Physical Therapist
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Experience working in home-based Early Intervention
- Strong understanding of motor development and family-centered practices
- Ability to work independently in varied home and community settings
- Reliable transportation to service clients across assigned borough Physical Requirements:
- Hand dexterity ability (ability to operate mobile device, smart phone, computer)
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to travel to various locations on a near daily basis
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time *Rates are determined based on a combination of factors such as experience level, assignment location, service setting, and applicable program guidelines.
