  • The teacher will integrate Catholic values into all aspects of education, maintain high academic standards, and uphold the mission and vision of Immaculate Conception School.Job Responsibilities Faith Formation:

Model and promote Catholic values in all interactions. Incorporate faith-based principles into lessons and activities. Foster an inclusive environment reflecting Catholic teachings, including reverence, respect and responsibility. Participate in liturgies, prayer services, and religious celebrations.

Instructional Excellence

Develop lesson plans aligned with diocesan standards. Use diverse teaching strategies, including differentiated instruction. Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and a love of learning. Integrate technology to enhance learning experiences.

Student Development

Support students’ spiritual, academic and social-emotional growth. Maintain high expectations for behavior and achievement. Assess student progress through informal and formal methods and use data to guide instruction. Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
