Job description

As a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP), you will

Ensure the individual treatment plan (ITP) and all EIDBI services provided take into consideration the person's and family's values, goals, preferences, culture and language Complete Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluations (CMDEs) to determine medical necessity for EIDBI services Monitor and approve ongoing client ITPs throughout treatment Supervise, manage and review all aspects of EIDBI services, treatment and documentation (including case notes and incident reports) to ensure compliance and fidelity Support clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns as related to Autism Spectrum Disorders or co-occurring disorders

Qualifications

Are a licensed mental health professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, BCBA) Have at least 2,000 hours of clinical experience and/or training in the examination and/or treatment of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or a related condition or have completed the equivalent in graduate-level coursework at an accredited university Are passionate about working with youth and families on skills such as communication, social skills, and behavior management Have experience working with children with ASD or other developmental, behavioral, or intellectual disabilities Are planning to pursue a career in the behavioral health field and want to gain invaluable experience as well as mentorship from professionals in the field
