Our school-based Clinical Fellowship program is intentionally designed for graduate SLPs entering their CF year.

We provide strong mentorship, meaningful clinical support, and thoughtful school placements so new clinicians can build confidence and thrive during their transition from graduate student to practicing Speech-Language Pathologist.

Your CF year is more than a requirement — it’s the foundation of your career.

We’ve supported 50+ Clinical Fellows, and 100% have successfully earned their CCC-SLP.

What Your Clinical Fellowship Year Will Include A dedicated CF mentor aligned with your clinical interests and school setting Ongoing 1:1 support from our SLP Clinical Support Director Bi-weekly SLP team meetings focused on mentorship, collaboration, and case consultation Thoughtful school placements based on age preference, student population, and commute Guidance navigating ASHA requirements, documentation, and the full CFY process Manageable caseloads designed to support early-career clinicians Access to a collaborative network of experienced school-based SLPs JumpStart Salary Program so you can start earning before students return Compensation Annual salary range: $68,500–$90,000 based on experience $2,000 relocation bonus for clinicians moving to Colorado Mileage reimbursement $2,000 employee referral bonus opportunities

Requirements

Must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders and be graduating in 2026. Candidates must be eligible for Colorado Department of Education (CDE) SLP licensure.
