Responsibilities: Assist classroom teacher by supporting instruction, student learning, and creating a positive classroom culture Coach students in the key academic areas of reading, writing, and mathematics Support student growth in the essential habits of intellectual and moral virtue Facilitate communication with parents and school administration concerning student growth and progress.
