Key Responsibilities Deliver specialized instruction and targeted interventions based on student needs Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, 504 plans, and individualized learning plans Serve as case manager, ensuring compliance and coordination of student services Analyze student data to guide instruction and track progress Collaborate with general education teachers to implement accommodations and modifications Facilitate IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families Support a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development Maintain accurate student records and complete required documentation
Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Elementary Education, or related field (Master’s preferred) Elementary teaching or special education experience preferred Strong collaboration, communication, and data‑driven instruction skills Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student‑centered learning Bilingual (English/French or English/Spanish) preferred
