Qualifications

Preschool Teachers $22–$25/hour At least 18 years old + high school diploma/GED PATCH-qualified (or eligible), such as: CDA or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (or related field) 6–12 months experience in a licensed childcare/preschool setting Dependable team player with strong communication skills and commitment to ECE Infant/Toddler Teachers (Caregivers): $19–$21 At least 18 with a high school diploma or GED 12–24 months of experience with children under age 3 in a licensed setting Infant/Toddler Training (We can provide all the required training hours!) Nurturing, patient, and dependable team player with a passion for infant and toddler care Teacher Aides: ($17-18.50) At least 18 with a high school diploma or GED Experience working with children in any setting (babysitting, tutoring, coaching, youth programs, etc.) or a strong interest in working with children Kind, patient, and energetic; eager to learn and grow in early childhood education with a willingness to be trained Not qualified yet / Interested in Growth Opportunities? We have Aide positions available while we help you complete training to meet PATCH qualifications. We support your growth and cover the cost of your CDA (Child Development Associate) while you gain experience toward a Teacher or Caregiver role.
