  • This role assists with daily instruction, supervision, and classroom operations while helping students grow academically, socially, and spiritually in alignment with the mission of the school.
  • Job Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher with implementing daily lessons and classroom activities Provide small-group and individualized support to reinforce early learning skills Supervise students during classroom time, transitions, lunch, recess, and dismissal Support the development of social-emotional skills and positive peer interactions Help maintain a structured, safe, and engaging classroom environment Prepare instructional materials, organize supplies, and maintain classroom cleanliness Reinforce classroom expectations and model behavior consistent with Catholic values Assist with classroom management and redirection of student behavior as needed Collaborate with the teacher and staff to support daily program operations Communicate positively with students, staff, and families when appropriate

Job Qualifications
