Overview HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Hampton, VA! You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, provide parent training, and support children with autism and related developmental needs alongside of our amazing team of interdisciplinary providers!

- Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000/year (base + monthly performance bonuses)
- Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time options available. Monday-Friday - Sessions typically end by 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification and Virginia state licensure (or eligibility) Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum (new graduates considered with strong training support) HealthPro Heritage is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
