Overview HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our ABA team in Hampton, VA!

• Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000/year (base salary + monthly performance bonuses)
• Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time options available. Monday-Friday - Sessions typically end by 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

Assist in implementation and development of functional behavior assessments and evidence-based treatment plans (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

Qualifications

Active BCaBA certification and Virginia state licensure (or eligibility) Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum (new graduates considered with strong training support) HealthPRO Heritage and its subsidiaries provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
