We are seeking an experienced full-time School Psychologist (PEL-Psych) to support our two campuses in Ohio. This candidate will provide a full range of school psychological services to children grades K-8, including screening and assessment, individual and group counseling, and work with outside agencies as appropriate. This individual will function as a member of the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team to determine student's eligibility for special services, appropriate programming, and ongoing progress.

- Spanish bilingual preferred, but not required.
- Valid Professional Educator License (IL Type 73) with School Psychologist Endorsement required.
Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate referred children including selecting appropriate instruments, administering tests, observations, and writing reports which state the evaluation findings and provide for educational program recommendations.
- Participate as a member of the IEP team, contributing evaluation findings and collaborating with all members of the team to develop education plans.
- Consult with parents, teachers, and other staff regarding any accommodations/modifications needed for a specific child.
- Collaborate with other RSPs to ensure that the IEP team has the best picture of a student's profile.
- Collaborate as an expert in these areas with school staff around MTSS (RTI) implementation and Student Study Team meetings.
- Provide direct and indirect individual and group services to children that emphasize improved educational performance and/or conduct.
- Provide intervention strategies/collaboratively and use data to evaluate effectiveness
- Establish and monitor necessary caseloads, work with schools and other staff to plan assessments and meetings.
- Have a working knowledge of special education law.
- Submit records, reports, and assignments promptly and efficiently.
- Perform other related duties as required as assigned.
- May be required to work outside of normal workdays and office hours to meet operational deadlines.
