About the Opportunity Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist who loves working with elementary-aged students? We’re looking for a friendly, collaborative, and motivated SLP to join a school-based team in North Saint Paul, MN! In this role, you’ll help students build communication skills that support their academic success, social development, and confidence—while being part of a supportive community that values your expertise. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys making learning fun, celebrating student growth, and partnering closely with teachers and families. What You’ll Do Provide speech and language evaluations for elementary students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful recommendations Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging therapy environment

Qualifications

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess or be eligible for a Minnesota Department of Health SLP license. School-based experience and the ability to support diverse, multilingual populations are preferred.
