  • Clinical Fellowship Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CF) School-Based CFY | 2026–2027 School Year Odessa, Delaware | Full-Time | Onsite Salary: $59,000–$61,000 annually Launch Your School-Based SLP Career with Strong Mentorship & Support AnthroMed Education is seeking a passionate and motivated Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CF) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Odessa, Delaware for the 2026–2027 school year.
  • This position supports both kindergarten and middle school students on a shared campus and offers an excellent opportunity for a new graduate seeking mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on school-based experience during their Clinical Fellowship Year.

Position Details

Full-Time, Onsite Position 2026–2027 School Year Approximately 35 hours per week Shared campus serving kindergarten and middle school students Duty-free lunch included Caseload & Responsibilities The selected SLP-CF will support approximately 45 students with a variety of communication disorders in a traditional blended caseload setting. Responsibilities include: Providing direct speech-language therapy services Conducting evaluations and writing reports Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and educators Participating in IEP meetings and documentation Supporting students across academic and social communication needs This opportunity offers a manageable caseload designed to support early-career clinicians during their Clinical Fellowship Year.
