- The Alaska Club Aquatics program is focusing on finding people that enjoy helping and teaching people.
- The primary function of a Swimming Instructor is to build relationships with community members by instructing a variety of swimming and diving lessons.
- The instructor's working conditions will be primarily working with children and some adults in an aquatic environment.
- Instructors are expected to work as team with fellow instructors.
