Job Summary

• Community Clinic is seeking a Behavioral Health professional to serve as a Behavioral Health School Based Therapist at our Primary Care and Urgent Care clinic in Rogers, AR - Rogers Heritage High School.
• Under the supervision of the assigned Clinical Supervisor, the Behavioral Health School Based Therapist delivers comprehensive therapeutic services to participants in a school setting.
• Through a community-based approach, the BH School Based Therapist provides individual therapy, intake/assessments, suicide risk assessment, crisis stabilization, treatment planning, family therapy, and leads groups in a school and community-based setting.
• In addition, they will provide referrals and coordination with family, school staff medical providers, primary physicians, and other community partners to ensure seamless services and comprehensive care of the participants we serve.
• The schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Key Responsibilities
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling to students
• Develop and implement personalized intervention plans
• Conduct assessments to identify students' emotional and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, primary care team, and administrators to support students' holistic development
• Deliver crisis intervention and support as needed
• Offer workshops and training sessions for staff and students on mental health issues
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student sessions and progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and develop comprehensive support plans
• Advocate for students' mental health needs within the school community
• Develop and implement preventive programs and activities to promote mental health awareness
• Attend care team meetings and engage in ongoing professional development.
• Adheres to applicable regulatory guidelines and laws, including but not limited to HIPAA/HITECH, CLIA, HRSA, NCQA PCMH and OSHA.
• Other duties, as assigned.

• Required Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling required
• LCSW or LPC required
• Experience in mental health field is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual Speaking ability (English & Spanish) is required
