This position models therapeutic interventions, promotes programming fidelity, assists with onboarding of new staff, and coordinates key youth-centered activities that support social-emotional development, clinical goals, and daily structure.   • Bachelor's Degree (or ability to obtain within 6 months) in social work or a related human services field
  • At least six months experience working with children with an intellectual disability or other developmental disabilities
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work

  • If Current Certified Medication Management Certification or receive certification within 90 days of hire
  • If approved for driving on behalf of the agency- must be able to meet agency’s driver eligibility in order to safely transport youth to/from program and community activities as directed by the agency
  • Certified in MANDT, UKERU, CPR, and First Aid or the ability to be certified within 90 days of employment
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include scheduled nights, weekends, and holidays
