Position Title: Learning Experience Designer II

Job Description

JR190016 Learning Experience Designer II The Learning Experience Designer II is responsible for analyzing, designing, building, and implementing business-aligned, integrated learning solutions using a variety of techniques and tools.

Location

  • Hybrid 1: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.   • How you will make an impact: Collaborates with business partners on expected business outcomes. Participates in needs analysis and recommends effective learning solutions. Collaborates with other content developers, graphic designers, technology consultants, technologists, and other project team members on design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions. Uses all approved processes, tools and templates to standard for development and reporting. Actively maintains all content. Participates in quality review process. Participates in and contributes to Learning & Development sub-teams, communities of practice, and other opportunities to enhance knowledge and skill.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to manage the end-to-end content development lifecycle from intake through design, development, and delivery.
