About the role

Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs to improve educational and social outcomes for students. Conduct behavioral assessments and collaborate with IEP teams to develop and track intervention plans.

Fidelity Partners Services, LLC is actively recruiting Board Certified Behavior Analysts for the San Antonio, Austin and surrounding areas to improve educational and social outcomes by designing, implementing, and monitoring Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and conduct behavioral assessments, train school staff, and collaborate with IEP teams to develop intervention plans for students requiring specialized behavioral support.

Key Responsibilities Assessments: Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to determine the root cause of challenging behaviors.

Intervention Plans: Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).

Staff Training & Coaching: Provide ongoing professional development, modeling, and in-field coaching for teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators on ABA methodologies.

IEP Collaboration: Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to establish goals, discuss behavioral progress, and modify treatment programs.

Data Collection: Design data-collection procedures to measure the effectiveness of interventions, tracking progress to adjust strategies as needed.

Education & Qualifications Certification: Active, valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Education

Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Experience

Previous experience working in a K-12 educational setting, collaborating with Special Education Local Plan Areas (SELPAs) or multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) is highly preferred.

Compliance

Ability to pass required fingerprinting, background checks, and state-specific licensing requirements.
