Support lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and maintaining a safe, engaging Montessori learning environment for toddlers and preschoolers. Provide guidance and encouragement to children while managing student records and communicating with families.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and CPR/First Aid certification or a willingness to obtain it. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting and caring for children and possess strong communication skills.

You will work closely with Lead Teachers to support children as they explore, grow, and build independence in a nurturing Montessori environment.
