- Assistant
- Teacher does: The Assistant Teacher supports classroom programming and instruction for students, working closely with teachers and program staff to ensure a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment.

- Teacher assists with: Supporting individual, small-group, and whole-class instruction as directed by the teacher Assisting in daily classroom organization, planning, and preparation Monitoring and recording student behavior data and progress Assisting with point sheets, reports, and classroom documentation Implementing individualized behavior programs and classroom systems Supervising students to ensure safety at all times, including bus duty, off-campus activities, and transitions Supporting vocational programming as needed in coordination with the vocational team Supervising the classroom in the absence of the teacher when assigned Communicating with PHILLIPS staff and supporting collaboration across the team Assisting with medication administration, data collection, and other program-related tasks Attending meetings, trainings, and professional development as required Performing other duties as assigned
