Bilingual Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) – Part-Time | Bel Air, MD In-Home ABA Services | Spanish/English Preferred | Paid Training Provided Amigo Care ABA is seeking caring, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in the Bel Air area. This position provides one-on-one support to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Whether you are experienced in ABA or exploring a career working with children, we provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and opportunities for professional growth. Compensation $20.00 – $30.00 per hour

Position Details

Part-Time In-Person In-Home Services Location: Bel Air, MD Schedule Monday – Friday 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Training & Career Development No prior ABA experience is required. We provide training and support to help qualified candidates develop the skills needed to succeed in the role.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required Spanish/English bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Reliable transportation required Ability to work independently and follow clinical guidance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with children and supporting families Work Location Services are provided in client homes throughout the Bel Air area.
