The Lead Educator designs and implements inquiry-based provocations and lessons tailored to infant developmental stages. They are responsible for documenting student progress, collaborating with administration, and maintaining strong partnerships with families.
Candidates must have a CDA or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare or early childhood setting. Proficiency with technology for documentation and strong organizational skills are required.
