Job description

Join the North Idaho College Men’s Basketball program and help develop student-athletes who excel both on the court and in the classroom. NIC is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach to support a competitive program committed to athletic achievement, academic success, and personal growth.

Working alongside the Head Coach, you will help plan practices, develop game strategies, recruit talented student-athletes, and support all aspects of team operations. From scouting and recruiting to coordinating travel, managing equipment, and assisting with strength and conditioning, you will play an important role in building a successful program. You will also mentor student-athletes, monitor academic progress, promote personal responsibility, and help foster a positive team culture built on integrity, respect, and sportsmanship.

We are looking for a coach who can identify and recruit talented student-athletes, build strong relationships, and effectively represent NIC throughout the community.
