Requires 12 ECE semester units (or 18 quarter units) in specific child development courses or a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development. Prior experience in a preschool setting and strong communication skills are also required.

As a Preschool Teacher at Stratford School, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children ages 3 to 5. You will foster curiosity, build confidence, and support each child’s development through thoughtful, structured instruction. Teachers design and implement lesson plans using a provided curriculum as a guide, delivering a well-organized and enriching classroom experience.
