The Lead Teacher is responsible for designing and implementing educational lesson plans for students in the REEF program while maintaining a safe and positive learning environment. They also mentor less experienced staff and coordinate daily program administration, including snack distribution and field trip supervision.
A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with experience in before-and-aftercare program administration and an understanding of Chinese culture. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and proficiency in basic technology like Microsoft Office are strongly preferred.
