About the Role
The SLP evaluates, diagnoses, and treats a range of communication and swallowing disorders for students at Lilac Learning Center, reporting to our Site Directors. This is a part-time, at-will position based in Spokane. The work is hybrid with limited travel, or fully virtual. As a part-time role, it does not qualify for benefits or overtime.
Pay
- $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience Hybrid or 100% remote, with occasional travel to LLC sites What You’ll Do Student Support Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify each student’s communication needs Build student programs and draft IEP goals in consultation with the LLC team Align IEP goals with internal and external compliance timelines and instructional standards Tools & Sites Use LLC technology and systems Travel to LLC locations on occasion What We’re Looking For A current SLP license (CCC-SLP or Washington equivalent) – required Comfort working independently across a range of situations Strong, practical problem-solving Ability to follow instructions in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form
