Provide athletic training and rehabilitation services to student athletes in the clinic and during practices and games. Perform administrative duties and supervise student workers under the direction of the Head Athletic Trainer.
Requires 1-3 years of athletic training experience. Experience in college athletic training and proficiency with Workday are preferred.
Job Summary To assist in providing Athletic Training services to those who require these services and to be available for rehabilitation services in the Athletic Training Clinic. Additional administrative and athletic training services as mutually agreed upon by the employee, Head Athletic Trainer, and Director of Athletics. Responsible for the Healthcare of the Student Athletes while participating in practices and games. Authority and Accountability This position reports directly to the Head Athletic Trainer and ultimately to the Director of Athletics and Campus Recreation. The position provides supervision for student workers but does not have budgetary responsibility. Required/Minimum Qualifications 1-3 years athletic training experience
College Athletic Training Experience Workday Experience Except for qualifications established by law, additional related experience and formal education in which one has gained the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for full performance of the work of the job class may be substituted for the education or experience requirement on a year-for-year basis with 30 college credits being equivalent to one year of experience.
