Provide logistical and administrative support for medical education courses, including scheduling and material preparation. Coordinate daily operations and educational activities for MD students and faculty within the School of Medicine.
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of relevant administrative experience, preferably in medical education. A bachelor's degree and proficiency in VMED, OASIS, Teams, and Box are preferred.

This job may require working 2-3 evenings per year and/or traveling some distance to attend meetings and programs. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience. This position is based in Charlottesville, VA, and is eligible for a hybrid schedule in accordance with UVA’s remote work guidelines.
