Provide clinical support and crisis intervention for individuals in center-based day habilitation programs. Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans while analyzing behavioral data to monitor effectiveness.
Requires a High School Diploma with 5 years experience, an Associate degree with 3 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience. Must possess a valid NYS driver's license and be able to complete SCIP and CPR training.

In the Behavior Intervention Assistant role you will provide clinical support to individuals attending center-based day habilitation programs. Participate in crisis intervention response during behavioral emergencies. Participate in the development and ensure consistent implementation of proactive individualized behavior support plans.
