The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students. They are responsible for providing direct therapeutic services and collaborating with parents and educators to monitor student progress.
Candidates must possess a valid Physical Therapist License and NJ School Certification. The role is entry-level and requires the ability to work in a school-based pediatric setting.
Providing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments for students referred for services Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students. Provide direct physical therapy services to students utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed. Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals. Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with regulations.
