Behavior Specialist (BCBA)

• Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near North Bergen, New Jersey, for a full-time school-based role!

• Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric) Excellent Compensation Hours: 8:30am-3:15pm, M-F Pay: $60-$70 hr Key Responsibilities: Assessment and Intervention: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
• Supervision and Support: Supervise and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and positive behavior supports.
• Data Monitoring and Adjustment: Collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements: NJ BCBA license 1-2 years experience working in a school setting
