GENERAL OVERVIEW: Provides professional nursing care to patients through the nursing process; responsible for the assigned educational components. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Implements staff training, educational programs, and other AHNCI initiatives. (25%) Serves as clinical liaison for QI/EBP initiatives, regulatory preparation, and EMR facilitation. (25%) Precepts new hires to the AHNCI. (25%) Provides expert direct nursing care to complex patients. (10%) Contributes to the achievements of departmental, divisional, and organizational goals. (5%) Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills with collaborative feedback to clinical services. (5%) Other duties as assigned. (5%) QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
