Nursing Professional Development Practitioner

This role involves providing professional nursing care to patients while being responsible for assigned educational components, including implementing staff training and educational programs. The practitioner will also serve as a clinical liaison for quality improvement initiatives and precept new hires to the organization.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent experience, current state of pa rn licensure or enlc multi-State licensure, and cpr certification. Candidates must possess three years of experience in the assigned clinical specialty area and three years of computer experience.
